We hire for ONE trait above all: high agency — people who solve problems without being told how.

Do

  • Hate waiting for instructions — make assumptions, document them, move forward
  • Ship at 10x speed using AI tools aggressively (Cursor, Claude, GPT)
  • Think like a founder — propose features, improve UX without being asked
  • Learn something new every week — constantly experimenting, improving
  • Communicate in bullets, not essays — async-first, crisp, every word earns its place

  • Need detailed specs before you can start
  • Wait for clarification instead of making assumptions

What You'll Do

  • Build MVPs and production apps at a pace that shocks clients
  • Own features end-to-end: architecture → database → API → UI → deployment
  • Make decisions fast with incomplete information
  • Propose improvements without being asked
  • Collaborate with a small elite team (no juniors, no mid-levels, no passives)
